Case study
The brief & the work.
A mixed-use precinct combined retail, offices and residential with shared distribution and a single shared interest in keeping common-area costs fair.
Joule mapped the network, brought every meter into one reporting view and built the precinct's monthly energy statement. Common-area consumption is reconciled across user groups with measured data instead of guesswork.
What was delivered
- Full network map of the precinct's metering
- One monthly energy statement per user group
- Common-area costs reconciled on measured data
Benefits for the customer
- Fair allocation of shared energy costs
- Simple monthly reporting for all parties
- Better visibility for the body corporate
Highlights
In their words
