A multi-tenant office campus needed defensible, measured consumption per tenant. Manual readings were infrequent and every billing cycle ended in disputes.
Joule installed submeters per tenant, connected them to the reporting layer and produced a monthly reconciliation pack. Tenancy accounts now run on measured consumption, and meter verification removed a recurring source of argument.
