The brief & the work.
Refrigeration is both a product-safety line and the dominant energy load in this retail group. Temperature excursions were only noticed after stock was already compromised.
Joule connected refrigeration and metering data into one view with thresholds and alerting. The group now gets a warning when a unit drifts, before product is at risk, and can correlate refrigeration performance with energy use at site level.
